You've seen the demos. Maybe you've bought the tools. A demo impresses - a system endures. The gap between the two is engineering: workflows, approvals, monitoring, and someone accountable when it breaks. That gap is exactly what we do.

02 · How we work
01
1-2 weeks - fixed price
We map your operation, find where AI removes real work, and hand you a prioritized roadmap with effort and impact. You keep it either way.
02
2-6 weeks - fixed scope
We build the first system end to end - an assistant, an agent, an automation - with a success metric agreed up front. Working software, not a slide deck.
03
monthly - we operate it
AI systems need operating: monitoring, improving, extending. We run yours the way we run our own - or train your team to take over.
Pricing is shaped to the engagement, agreed before anything starts. How pricing works →
Who we do it for
03 · Why Peligent
We don't advise from the sidelines. Every system we sell is a system we already live with - the same agents, pipelines, and copilots run our own recruitment firm, our own stores, our own operations.
We run what we sell
Our own companies are the test environment. If it doesn't survive our operations, it never reaches yours.
Self-hosted by default
Mail, analytics, automation, scheduling - we own our stack end to end, and we can build yours the same way.
The founder is on every engagement
You talk to the person who builds and runs these systems, not an account manager.
You own everything
Code, data, infrastructure, credentials. No lock-in, no black boxes, documented handover.
Also: our home turf
Peligent began as an AI platform for WooCommerce - product copy, catalog intelligence, monitoring bots, a copilot over live store data. That platform is now the engine behind our e-commerce client work.
WooCommerce AI services →→ catalog classified: 1,464 products
→ product copy: generated + reviewed
→ support bot: live on storefront
→ monitoring: 24/7, alerts to Telegram

Every engagement is scoped to your needs - that's the point of the discovery call and the audit. The shape is always the same: a fixed-price audit, a fixed-scope build, and an optional monthly run plan. You'll know every number before you commit to anything.
The audit takes one to two weeks. The first working system typically ships two to six weeks after that. We deliberately start with a pilot that has a measurable outcome, not a platform project.
Claude and GPT-class models, n8n for orchestration, Postgres, and battle-tested open-source - the same stack that runs our own companies. Self-hosted on your infrastructure when data can't leave the building.
We self-host by default - mail, analytics, automation, even scheduling. If your data can't touch a third-party cloud, we build it that way. You own every system and every byte when we're done.
Because a demo and a system are different things. Tools fail when nobody owns the workflow around them. We build the workflow, wire it into your operation, put a human approval where it matters, and operate it until it's boring.
No - we remove the work nobody should be doing by hand. In our own companies, AI took over the repetitive shift so people could do the judgment work. That's the model.
A free 30-minute discovery call with the founder. We'll map where AI removes real work in your operation - and tell you honestly if it won't.
No slides. No hype. 30 minutes.
